turns out "trans-shipment" (also spelled "transshipment"), a word bush used in the first debate, is a real word. i actually made fun of him for using it... i thought it was the next "strategery". turns out i was wrong. however, it might have been cooler if he actually had made it up on the spot, which is why i'm not sure if he should actually get more cool points. i'll let you guys, whomever you may be, decide this one.
I think that I would give more cool points if he had made up the word... but then again I give him style points for not only knowing that "transshipment" is a word, but also working it into the debate.
ReplyDeleteremember forrest... it's about doing good, not looking good. kerry is not running for a high school student body position here.
ReplyDeleteuntil you look at the sampling numbers in the polls. through the month of september, those numbers were skewed in favor of the republicans. now they're polling more democrats and less republicans, trying to create their own comeback for kerry.
ReplyDeletecan i quote you on that when bush kick's his ass?
ReplyDeletewe already had this conversation, but i'd like some other readers to see it. low voter turnout = republican win, while high voter turnout = democrat win. which seems to imply that as long as the educated, intelligent, committed citizens are voting, the right party--the republicans--will win. more people voting = more morons voting, which is really the only way the democrats of today can hope to get elected.
